The beer festival is a no smoking site but anyone who fancies meeting up I know a few real nice old pubs were cigars are allowed and they have a good whisky selection. October is always a good cool month perfect for quaffing |
Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival - Mortimer Suite, Hull City Hall, Thursday 6th - Saturday 8th October.
I will probably be there mainly for the festival but I might try a whisky later on or at lunch time. Ye Ole White Hart is excellent and has a variety of whiskies. |

Thanks Mikey for giving this a post of it's own. I should be working there like most years on reception unless the child whenever it decides to come won't let me. Hopefully meet up with everyone for a few hours and if anyone wants to stay over I can find realy cheap accommodation in Hull probably £16 B&B not to far away from venue. I'm definitely up for a whisky as well and White Horse isn't too far to walk from the venue. Anyone else up for it? _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |

Will definitely be at the Hull festival as always, looking forward to seeing members of the Hull branch and whisky room members. _________________ http://www.sheffieldcamra.co.uk/index.htm |

From Alan Canvess, Chairman HUll and East Yorkshire CAMRA
Hi all,
I am pleased to advise that on the 8th August the Licensing Justices granted
our application for occasional permissions for three days to cover the 2005
HRA&CF.
Cheers.
Alan. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |
