A peaty, surgical and woody aroma with a body of peat, wood and wet straw.
Finishes off with a woody flavour with peat aromas.

hello danno and welcome to the forum.
you don't say if you like it. not sure i like this stuff from mull, i certainly do not like tobermory, for me it not a true malt as it is taken from the island and matured at deanston, im not sure that this makes it an island malt, mind you, i do like caol ila and that is stored away from islay as soon as it is distilled ah well! as johnny says, each to his (or her) own liking _________________ i've been on a whisky diet, i've lost 3 days already

It's OK, that's as far out on a limb as I'll go on this, very drinkable but one bottle would be enough, but not a bad drink, would like to try the unpeated as well for a comparison. |

I've just bougt a bottle of this and it was an OK whisky, probably worth a 7/7.5 _________________ Work is the curse of the drinking class.
