A TOURIST attraction to promote malt whisky has been opened - next to a booze rehab clinic.
The Glen Garioch whisky distillery visitor centre in the Aberdeenshire village of Oldmeldrum is opposite alcohol addiction centre, the Alexander Clinic.
The 208-year-old distillery hopes to attract fans of their single Glen Garioch malt from all over the globe and offer them tours.

It could be a well thought out strategy for the silent season, not many tourist so the local drying out clinic may get cheap tours and a reintroduction to the dark side |
