More info from the site:

Established over twenty years ago, Cave Direct is one of the largest importers of Belgian Beers in the UK. Built on customer service and a premium range of beers, we have enjoyed steady growth through direct supply and innovation.

Our on- line, home shoppers service now allows you to order our exciting range of specialist beers from your computer for delivery within two weeks to your door.

Because we accept mixed cases you can try many different types and styles of beers by purchasing just one of each until you find your favourites!
We are always available for help and advice, just contact us.

Our mobile Bar service is available throughout mainland UK and is perfect for your function, large or small. We supply the bar and the beer; treat your guests to something a little different from the standard beers!

Would like to find some independent reviews, so if anyone trawling the internet finds any post them here.

WINES

Beer is a splendid product which if sourced from the right supply brings with it a taste full of ingredients and character, however we are not talking about euro fizz.

In Truro we have a local brewery called Skinners which less than 1 mile from the restaurant, they have won many awards for their delicious ales including National Beauty of Hops Competition, for their Eclipse Beer "Who put the lights out?"

We stock Cornish Knocker as our "house ale" but also carry Betty Stoggs, Heligan Honey, Cornish Blonde during the summer and Jingle Knockers at Christmas. Skinners have now produced a new lager called Cornish Storm which is a splendid thirst quenching summer drink.

However we have also developed a passion and following for Belgium beers, we're stocked by Cave Direct from their extensive supplies, featuring Trappist brews, Lambic ales, Golden, Blondes, Dubbel and assorted fruit beers like Cassis, Ninkeberry, Strawberry, Apple and a Chocolate Beer......

Below is a taste of some of the Belgium Beers that we have featured on our menus

The chefs were given a brief yet inspirational presentation on the benefits of cooking certain styles of dishes with various beers by Marc Stroobandt, a Belgian beer guru who works closely with importer Cave Direct. The barstaff and waiters were then instructed to upsell where possible and encourage drinkers to try the food and diners to try the beers.
