Had a few ports in from Christmas to try.

Triple Crown Croft Port 20%- OKish

Grahams Tawny 19%- Slightly better

Grahams Ruby 19%- OKish again

and

Taylors Select 20%which was delicious Razz

I like Port as I haven't become obsessive over it so I can just enjoy a cheapish bottle, usually prefer an LBV as just more flavour form the longer aging. Did buy one expensive bottle which I haven't tried yet, just to compare it with spending the same amount on a bottle of whisky. Port I find a very good nightcap as not as filling as beer and not as hot as whisky so I imagine gout will be my new hobby Laughing Laughing Laughing

gout is a 'rich mans' complaint but if that is the price we have to pay for sampling rich wine then so be it :D :D

We had some of the Grahams Port over Christmas and we too liked it, we go for the LBV mainly as very good taste/ flavours for the money, while the ruby and tawny never seem as rounded.
