An excellent range of bottled beers & ciders to choose from in Sainsbury's at the moment. Certainly the biggest selection of Belgian Beers I've ever seen at a supermarket! (I'm sure Johnny can tell you more, as I'm not not one for Belgian Beers!)
Their range of ciders was excellent including:-
Westons "Old Rosie" 7.3% 660ml £1.51 a bottle
Gaymers Orchard Reserve "Stewley" Single orchard Cider 6.8% 75cl £2.49
Duche De Longueville "Cidre de Recolant" Normandy varietal cider 5% 500ml £1.59
Good ranage of other ciders there too!! including Weston cloudy Scrumpy, Thatchers single variental cider range, Stowford press, & Sainsburys own "Taste the difference" Range.
Well worth checking out your local store!! |

Fantastic range of Belgian beers at very low prices at the moment inc. champagne style bottled Kwak £3.36, Leffe Triple £1.23 and the rest, Dentergems witbier (Liefmans) £1.19, Brugse Straffe Hendrik £1.34, Jacobins Kriek Max at only 3.2% but OK to go with a meal £1.68, Karmeliet Tripel (Bosteels) £1.34, Apple Bocq £1.04, a witbier with 30% apple juice, again not good but worth trying a bottle once!!
Titantic stout at £1.73 was available and a few Sierra Nevada beers.
Hopefully these offers are in Sainsburys around these fair Isles _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |
