I'm reading 'Under Milk Wood' at the moment by Dylan Thomas and it got me to thinking of big boozers. Dylan himself died pretty early on from too much so this isn't to say alcohol in large proportions is good but there is something about the old style big boozers rather than the drug orientated writers and actors or maybe that's just nostalgia

I'll start the list with:

Dylan Thomas

Richard Burton

Elizabeth Taylor

Oliver Reed
