I saw another American brew that was an incredible high percentage years ago at Safeway and wondered how the yeast coped with the high alcohol as I always thought it dies at a certain point.

I suppose being Scottish and new I may only be available north of the border. When i go up to Skye in September I am going to try and find it.

I think the American beer was around 29% vol and they had developed a special yeast (wish I could get some). You are quire right in saying its not a session beer, at the moment, 1 would be enough. _________________ i've been on a whisky diet, i've lost 3 days already
