Very nice whisky with lots of oiliness and creaminess and a bit of the sea salt coming into play as well.
Nice to see Weatherspoons trying something a little different. I think that means Laphroaig, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Glenmorangie, are all available at exceptionally cheap prices, around £1 a single to £2 a double in most of their bars. It may not be a vast range but it's nice to get a malt that's drinkable without paying over £2.50 a single. Their glasses are still big tumblers though and if you ask for some water it comes in what ever is available which sometimes means a pint glass, not very easy to pour a drop of water from!! _________________ http://drunkindividualsshouldnotapply.blogspot.co.uk/ |

Found it, and yes it was really nice. Don't usually go in Weatherspoons that often but the range of whisky is getting better. |

Thanks for the tip, tried a few glasses tonight at the local wetherspoons and was a really great whisky. Had a few friends try it as well and all said it had great flavour and wasn't like any of the blended whisky they had tried. |

A very nice sweet, smooth salty whisky. I hope Weatherspoons keep this as a regular as makes a nice change from beer in a pub :D |
