Glenturret [Bourbon Wood] 1973 27year

27year

1973

55.4%

Distiller: Signatory

Wow, this is a fantastic whisky that still hits the right notes even if a bit long in the cask. Glenturret really was a great distillery lets hope the Grouse Experience doesn't diminish it's reputation! Sad

http://search.ebay.co.uk/glenturret_W0QQfkrZ1QQfnuZ1QQfromZR8

Just seen these little items on e-bay from Glenturret, a water jug and other items, all reasonably cheap inc a 15 year old minature for £3

Not a sign of a Grouse anywhere!

Did you see the minature of Gelnturret with an old label on e-bay?

May have to pop back myself, if you get chance say if you're bidding on it and I won't bother.

Cheers Talisker,

Thers no bid on it yet, and it would be nice to have the bottle in the collection.

I'm waiting for the last minute before putting in a bid, don't want to up the ante. Any bargains to be had from that Soho site, haven't looked yet?

had a look at the soho site and am quite impressed.
i want a bottle of macallan gran reservea as no longer avalaible at the distillery and that have it, a bit pricy but having tasted it i would say worth the money,
i am going to wait until i come back from my holiday though and try not to spend to much.
just sold a botle of glanmorangie on ebay, i paid £24.99 at sansburys and they have it for £29.99 and i sold it for £40 to someone in leeds, off to get another bottle tomorrow.
