sociable plover replaced the glenturret malt liqueur and lasted about 9 months before being replaced by fairlies Question Question

hi johnny, not many people have! i have an unopened bottle, 70cl at 24%vol. as i remember fairlies tastes just the same.

Can you e-mail me a pic of the bottle if you have a digi camara. Can't even find mention of it on websites. That really could be a little collectors piece. Ask whiskygirl about it as her shop is in Scotland and maybe they'll be able to look it up through their contacts. Nice find :D

The highland liqueuer was lovely but Fairlies went down the herb root Sad Can't stand drinks with herby flavours like Drambuie or any of those, but the Highland Liq was escellent and just a really nice soft tasting whisky treat.

The Sociable Plover bottle looks familiar so I must have seen it, but not being a Liq person I wouldn't have taken much notice. Still got a Glenturret video, small jug, the minature bottles and tubes (empty of course) and a Towser story tape (only a copy) for kids, T-shirt that the wife has from her mum and a few other little bits.

I want to know where all the Glenturret merchandise went when Famous Grouse took over, as i think there's a secret cupboard full of the old stuff. :D

as you can see johnny, i have a few glenturret items listed but have many more in my collection....wish i could find the cupboard
