Whisky dabblers tongue3 Thinking of dabbling with a glass of Glen Moray 15 year old tonight, and a bottle of Innis and Gunn.

i do like Innis and Gunn but 2 bottles as they are so small, Glen Moray 15, don't dabble, just go for it, its and excellent malt. Dancing

Both beer and whisky are excellent. Not a bad combination either with the beer using American White Oak casks to mature which is what the bourbon trade uses and of course the Scotch whisky trade then purchases.

Good start, lovely whisky. There are so many great whiskies it takes you so long to get back to some of your old favourites. Unlike beer were you can try different ones, you soon end up with a vast amount of whisky opened and eventually you just buy one that you haven't tried before as you have so many opened anyway!

Thank you everyone. Not been able to do much on the site with the new arrival but nice to have all your thoughts. Got out last night for a wee drink and should make the CAMRA meeting tonight. I'm looking after baby at the moment and forcing the wife to lunch with my sister to get her away from the four walls Shocked
