BBC2 Scotland (Sky Channel 990) are showing a half hour programme tonight (15/01/2008) called "The Whisky Dream"

It's a look at the Bruichladdich distillery, & it's recent revival.

Not to be missed!!!! Very Happy

Not a bad little programme. Not sure why the whisky was called Port Charlotte as only stored there but I suppose it is just the name rather than the place of distillation.

I had a bottle of the old Bruichladdich from over 10 years ago and it was lovely and very soft on the palate while the new whisky they market as peaty so I wonder if they've changed the whisky recipe?
