GLENGOYNE BURNFOOT

Just got back from Bruges and got a 1 litre bottle of Glengoyne Burnfoot,2 for £40 at 40%

Apparently it should have a nose of fresh honey, vanilla, citrus skins, green apple, gentle cinnamon, some spice. Taste: Very smooth, almonds, sweet, green banana, oak, cream sherry. Finish: Quite long, stewed apples, butterscotch, dry.

Sounds nice but may have to wait for all the lovely Belgian ales to settle before I open the bottle
