No-where as good as the ten year old, rubbery and old socks in nose and flavour, and a slightly harsh aftertaste.

You'll have to try a glass though if you can, as there must be people who love it as well or the distillery would go bankrupt. Loch Lomond is another one that alot of people don't like, but I still need everyone to try it so that it just isn't the opinion of a couple of people but a varied selection of people on the forum.
So how was the trip? _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |

Stamp glue is another term I use quite frequently and UHU glue, it's purely personal sense of smell, but for some reason I smell or taste these characterisitcs and it's off putting, BUT fish heads, diesel oil, TCP and germoline and i'm happy _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |

i still have a bottle of 'old fettercairn 10 yo' with 2 measures, i have just had a sniff and cannot smell rubber, socks, or any nasties.
think i will hang on to it until i get a bottle of the 1824 and do a taste comparison _________________ i've been on a whisky diet, i've lost 3 days already
