I've been robbed of all my childhood memories of this film now, Lucas what have you done???

Skywalker had absolutely no reason to turn to the dark side. In the film his epic motive is he wants his wife not to die, because he saw her die in a dream while giving birth - big wow!! He then goes and slaughters 20 Jedi kids - 'younglings' what the hell childish language is that? Who is he Herod??!!

The kids are crap actors, Skywalker can't act, again!, the love story is pants, the story line to get to the good Star Wars (none of that New Hope rubbish) is crap if one ever existed. How do Wookies ever get that technologically advanced with their paws and all that hair?

The film looked wonderful, but put a used nappy in gold wraping paper and you still know what it's full of, and this film is full of loads. Totally disappointing with a few brief moments. The best bit is the end when you see the start of the original film, but if you're hanging on for Darth Vader you'll be lucky to get 5 minutes with the man in black. Pants to the film, Lucas has made a film for toddlers that find the teletubbies storyline too convoluted to follow.

1 out of 10 and that's being generous.

I'm waiting for someone to remake them with a darker edge. It'll happen, some kid now will want to remake it, thinking it was a flawed masterpiece rather than a piece of crap. Crying or Very sad

Empire has to come top of the poll, it's the darkest and most epic without furry creatures fluffing about! He said the new films were for kids, and he's put enough of them in the last 3, all of whom have been dreadful actors. How embarressed will the cast be when their allowed to talk about what they really thought to the films??!! Shocked

Has to be said that Lucas lost his way a long, long, long time ago, in a distant galaxy, far, far away.
