Yesterday I bought the first season and the second one of Knight Rider.
Amazing!
We downloaded the pilot (the one where Michael is close to die and through plastic surgery is given a new life in the Foundation).
I saw the three first chapters. Great!!! KITT is lovely as always... I'm expecting with anxiety the chapter when KITT fights against KATT. And the one with Goliath, the truck.
(Glen A. Larson, the creator of Knight Rider is also the creator of Gallactica. Thinking how the car must be, he had one point in mind: it must has a sesor like the cylons' one).

Excellent series!! Not seen it since I was a kid, should really watch it - it's on almost every day on Satellite tv here!!
Did you ever see a series called Automan?? I don't think it lasted long, & was something similar to Knight Rider, I think?? Either a computerised car - or maybe character??? - too much whisky, too long ago!!
BTW I think Kit was a Cylon, escaped from Battlestar Galactica 2000!! |

I believe I remember Automan. That car had light blue lines, hasn't it? As the man had. More or less like in TRON.
I will look for some pictures...
Yes, that's the car!

There's a new film coming out starring the hairy chested one and Adam Sandler called Click.
Michael Newman (Adam Sandler) is a family man whose busy career as an architect does not leave much time for his wife Donna (Kate Beckinsale) and his two kids. Unable one day to determine which of his many remotes turns on the television, he decides he needs a universal remote that does it all. On his search for the perfect device, he meets Morty (Christopher Walken) who gives him a one-of-a-kind remote that has magical powers. With each click, Michael can control his career and personal life. But complications arise when the remote starts to overrule his choices. The film also stars David Hasselhoff as his boss, Henry Winkler and Julie Kavner as Michael's parents. Sean Astin, Rachel Dratch, and Jennifer Coolidge also co-star.

Starring: Adam Sandler, Kate Beckinsale, Christopher Walken and David Hasselhoff

Click sounds interesting! Poor Sean Astin, he have became a mere shadow of his former self...
David also is involved in a film that continues the knight rider saga. He will be again in Michael Knight's role. But I don't know any news about the project... _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.com/ |
