I haven't seen it yet. But I'm sure I'll go to the cinema soon.
Peter Jackson, in my opinion, was better when he was free, it means, when he wasn't under Hollywood control...
I think that the best king kong is the 1976's one. But because I really like Jeff Bridges and it's director John Guillermin (remember how I enjoyed "The Towering inferno"; Guillermin also makes an hilarious adventure film, "Sheena" -Tagline: Part Animal. Part Legend. All Woman-... I specially remmeber the scene when Sheena is having a bath in a lake, , but I hated they used a painted horse and try to make us think it was a true zebra, ).
King Kong 1933: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0024216/
King Kong 1976: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074751/
King Kong 2005: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0360717/
I also found that there is an indian king kong, in black and white in 1962: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0242576/ _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.com/ |

Really? A heart transplant?! Amazing! Maybe they could use Gozilla as donor of organs... Guillermine must was very needed of cash... _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.com/ |

They brought a female giant ape as a "voluntary" heart donor. What it means, they kill a giant ape to save another. In Spain, in these cases, we said that "this is to dress a saint to undress other one". _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.com/ |

"VOLUNTARY" where did they find this other ape? I think this movie is unknown for a lot of reasons _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Let-the-drink-talk-675586225966432/ |

As IMDb sais "A giant ape King Kong, which was shot and fell off the World Trade Center, appears to be alive, but is in coma for 10 years and desperately needs a blood transfusion in order to have an artificial heart implanted. Suddenly, in the rainforest, another gigantic ape is found - this time a female. She is brought to the USA, and the heart is successfully implanted. But then King Kong, having felt a female ape, breaks loose..."
I don't remember very much of this film, probably I only saw a couple of scenes, but I change my vote, the best King Kong film must be this one!! _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.com/ |
